We welcome children from 1 to 6 years old. Apply online from your phone or computer, then follow your application in your parent account.

How it works

Four simple steps

    Create a parent account

    Sign up with your email address. It keeps your application safe and lets you save and come back later.

  2. 2

    Fill in the form

    Tell us about your child and family, add emergency contacts, and upload the documents. About 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Pay the application fee

    Pay UGX 50,000 securely with MTN or Airtel mobile money, or with a card.

  4. 4

    We get in touch

    Our admissions team reviews your application, invites you to visit and lets you know our decision.

Classes and ages

Ages are on the first day of the school year. We will help you choose the right class.

Day Care 1–2 years
Baby Class 3 years
Middle Class 4 years
Top Class 5–6 years

Terms: Term I, Term II, Term III. Half-day and full-day options are available. See our programs.

What you will need

Have these ready as photos or scans (PDF, JPG or PNG). Up to 5 MB each.

  • Birth certificate or notification
  • Immunisation card
  • Passport photo of the child
  • Parent or guardian ID (optional)
  • Report from previous school (optional)

We never ask for national ID numbers. Health details are encrypted, documents are stored privately, and only our admissions staff can see them. Read our privacy policy.

Admission questions

We care for children from 1 to 6 years old, in Day Care, Baby Class, Middle Class and Top Class.

Create a parent account on this website, fill in the online application form and pay the UGX 50,000 application fee with mobile money or card. You can save the form and finish it later.

Your child's birth certificate (or birth notification), immunisation card and a passport photo. A parent ID and a report from a previous school are optional.

No. The application fee covers the cost of processing and assessing the application, whatever the outcome.
